This Orlando-grown daughter-mother team is the hardest working duo in real estate! Vanessa & Jan started working together in 2013, helping their customers buy, sell, and rent homes.
Jan has been in the business since 1994. Her specialties include luxury estates, equestrian properties, custom new home construction, and working with first-time homebuyers. Her passion is helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership. She is well-versed in all of Orlando's neighborhoods, including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake Counties.
Vanessa received her real estate license in 2012, after moving back to Orlando from New York City where she was a fashion designer for 11 years. She renovated her own historic home downtown and loves bringing her designer's eye to helping her customers visualize a home's potential. With her creative background, she enjoys the staging & marketing aspect of assisting customers as they list their homes for sale.
